Please read below terms carefully.

Tour Package Includes:

  • All transfer services by private vehicle, unless otherwise stated in itinerary.
  • Sightseeing as per itinerary provided.
  • Neat & clean accommodation with bedding as per request.
  • Transport services as specified in itinerary unless any change due to the unavoidable circumstances.
  • All toll tax, parking and driver allowance.

Tour Package Excludes:

  • All personal expenses such as laundry, camera fees, entrance fees and so on.
  • Cost associated with porterage/pallaki, pony/horse, cable car, train ticket and air tickets.
  • Cost associated with any sight-seeing not mentioned in itinerary.
  • GST charges as per applicable.

Terms & Conditions

Tour:

  • People in hills are simple in nature, so be polite while dealing with them.
  • Please read all tour related documents and understand the itinerary and cost involved.
  • It is presumed that yatri is medically fit to undertake the tour. If any yatri is having any kind of serious health issue, we should be informed in advance.
  • No amendment is allowed entour. If yatri wants any changes, it must be informed to us minimum 72 hours before yatra starts. We will try for the changes but No Guarantee.
  • If you need the below accessories during the yatra then do let us know so that we can share the rental charges for the same with you: Mini Oxygen Cylinders, Rain Coat, Umbrella, Wheel Chair (Driver will not push the wheel Chair), Water Bottle, tissue paper and so on.
  • Yatri has to take care of their belongings before leaving the vehicle everytime. We are not responsible for any losses.
  • We shall not be responsible for any delay or alternation in package program directly or indirectly happening due to any natural hazard, flight cancellation, accident, weather, sickness, landslides, closure or blockades due to political unrest or any other such incidents. Because of this if the tour gets extended then as against our given schedule, all extra services / arrangements cost is to borne by the Client/Guest.
  • Package rates are subject to change in case there is a fluctuation of more than 3% in Petrol/Diesel cost from the date of booking.
  • No refund will be entertained if the trip is cut short for any reasons.
  • For any offsite sightseeings please check with us. Yatri can discuss this with driver too but they need to settle with him on spot.
  • We reserve the rights to amend or change the itinerary at last minute.
  • Any disputes/claims will be governed under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad (Telangana) Court.

Vehicle:

  • AC in vehicles will not operate in hilly areas or stopped/parked vehicle.
  • Yatri should check with the Driver for next day’s itinerary for timely arrival at next destination and smooth functioning of the itinerary.
  • Yatri should not distract/disturb the Driver while driving for their own safety. We suggest a single person from group should communicate/coordinate with the Driver during the trip.
  • The Vehicle will be parked at parking alot, so the guest has to coordinate with Driver for pickup/drop and may have to walk upto parking area if there is a huge line of vehicles. In case of no entry zone for Vehicle in any specific area, Yatri have to manage another available mode of transport at their own cost on spot.
  • In case of vehicle breakdown due to any technical reason, we will try to replace the vehicle as soon as possible. However, in case of minor problem Yatri has to wait till the problem is resolved.
  • Normal duty hours of driver is 8 Hrs. Drivers cannot be forced to drive in No Parking Zone or on narrow lanes which may cause traffic jam.
  • Playing loud music or driving in night is not allowed in most of the hill areas due to risk to life hence Yatri should cooperate.
  • Multiple Tour Pick up and Drop off points is not allowed. It has be be 1 Pickup point and 1 Drop off point.
  • Yatri is responsible to keep the vehicle clean as Driver will not clean the vehicle from inside during the yatra.

Hotel:

  • Normal Breakfast Time in Hotels is from 07:30-09:30 AM and for Dinner is from 8 - 10 PM. Breakfast normally includes Paratha/Bread and Tea and Dinner includs Roti, Rice, Dal and Vegetable Curry.
  • Rooms offered in Hotels are neat and clean and equipped with basic amenities.
  • We never commit on Toiletries to be provided in Hotel as this policy differs from Hotel to Hotel. Any third party promising such benefits to the Guest is doing on their own risk and we will be not responsible for that. We strongly recommend that Guest carry their own toiletries for the trip. Don't expect hotels to offer Toiletries, they may or may not have this facility.
  • There is no lift facilities in tour. Guest having problem in climbing stairs should inform us in advance and we will try our best to arrange the room in the lower floors. (No Guarantee)
  • Hot water may or may not be available 24 Hrs. Guests are requested to check with Hotel for the provisions at the time of Check-In.
  • Geysers don't work during Power Failure which is frequent in hill areas. Hotel will offer hot water in bucket and will take time to arrange. Hotel may charge a nominal price for this service as manpower availability is a challenge during peak season time.
  • Rooms will be allocated on First Cum First serve basis by the Hotels. In Kedarnath, especially if the existing guest has delayed in vacating the room, Hotel might delay in allocating the room. In such case hotel will provide equivalent accommodation. In such situations, if the bedding is changed we will try to accommodate same gender Guests in the same room.
  • Guest must produce Valid Photo ID proof to hotel at the time of Check-In. We suggest to carry 4-5 photostat copies of the valid ID proof. Passport is must for Foreign Citizen. Failing to provide the document the hotel has the right to deny check-in and company will not be liable in document-related issue.
  • Generally, Hotel Check-In time is 1400 Hrs and check out time is 1100 Hrs. Early Check-in or late check out is subject to Hotel discretion and if you want guaranteed check then guest need to settle with the hotel directly on the spot.
  • Most hotels charge extra for Heaters/Wi-Fi. This cost is not included in the package.

Helicopter Booking:

  • If the tour is extended due to technical problem of Helicopter or any other situations beyond our control, we will be providing the services as per our schedule/itinerary only. For all extra services, the cost is to be borne by the client/tourist.
  • In case of cancellation of Helicopter service due to unanticipated adversary weather conditions or for any other reason, the refund of ticket cost will be done after deducting the necessary cancellation charges and service charges as per Helicopter company norms.
  • It is mandatory to get your ticket stamped/endorsed as “not travelled/cancelled” and handover the same in ORIGINAL to our travel office with due acknowledgement for claiming the refund. The refund will be made to you after we receive the amount from Helicopter operator/agent which may take upto 90 working days.
  • In such situation you may have to travel kedarnath by Doli/Pony on the same day and come back as per schedule. As per the helicopter companies, there is no provision to fly such passengers next day, as all seats will be pre-booked. Hence your tickets cannot be carried forward for next day. The number of seats available with all Helicopter companies operating is limited and wherein the demand is almost 5 times the available seats.
  • In case you plan to stay at Kedarnath for any reason, accomodation and any other expenses are to be borne by you unless stated in itinerary.
  • While travelling in a group, there can be situations where the helicopter company may fly few people on one day and rest on the next day or they may also split the flying time of the group in different slots. Our company does not have any control over these kind of situations and also will not be liable for any changes as it is a third party product.
  • The Helicopter fare is charged for a maximum weight of 70 - 75 Kgs (Varies from operator to operator). The charges for the extra weight has to be paid at helipad to the helicopter operator directly.
  • The tour will be as per schedule. In case of delay due to over stay at Kedarnath because of Helicopter company or any other reason beyond our control, the tourist/pilgrim has to make his/her own arrangement to reach the next destination to join the group (For Group).

Booking Procedure:

  • All Guest names , D.O.B, weight, Gender, Aadhar number/Passport Number (For Foreign Guest), address, nominee name in case on mishap, relation with nominee, nominee contact and 2 emergency contact number is required.
  • Once booking is confirmed, 25% payment has to made within next 05 days.
  • Remaining payment has to be made 30 days prior to the yatra start date.

Cancellation Policy:

We do realize that you don’t want to cancel the booking after confirming the same and we try not to charge in case of any cancellation, however, as we make payments to the Hotel to make the room booking the below are the normal cancellation charges:

  • Booking cancelled 25 days Prior to Service Start Date – 10% of Booking Amount
  • Booking cancelled between 25-20 days - 25%
  • Booking cancelled between 20-15 days – 40%
  • Booking Cancelled between 15-10 days – 50%
  • Booking cancelled between 10-07 days – 75%
  • Booking cancelled within 7days – 100%

During peak season, the cancellation policy may differ depending on hotels and hence there may be slight variation in final settlement amount.
